Terms of Service

1. Scope. These terms govern use of SajuSee (sajusee.com) and Kyeol (kyeol.sajusee.com), operated by Solar N Wise Co., Ltd. (Business Registration No. 615-81-92392).

2. Nature of the service. Readings are entertainment and reference content based on traditional Four Pillars methodology. They are not medical, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.

3. Accounts. An email address and password are required for paid features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

4. Paid purchases. A single ₩990 purchase grants one AI deep reading plus full premium reading access. An unused purchase can be used for 6 months from the payment date and expires thereafter. It is tied to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

5. Withdrawal & refunds. An unused purchase is fully refundable at any time within its 6-month validity period. Once the AI deep reading has been generated, the purchase is non-refundable under Article 17(2)5 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (digital content already supplied). To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order ID.

6. Prohibited use. Automated scraping, resale of readings, reverse engineering, and any use that interferes with the service are prohibited.

7. Service changes and suspension. Features may change or be suspended for maintenance or operational reasons. Where a change materially affects paid users, we give prior notice on the site.

8. Liability. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the readings. Liability for paid services is limited to the amount paid, except where Korean law provides otherwise.

9. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes follow the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards and the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
